Héloïse Kawaishi is a registered European lawyer regulated by the Paris Bar and registered with the Solicitor Regulation Authority (S.R.A.) in London. She founded Channel Avocat Ltd. in 2016. She practises international family law in London and France. She personally represents international clients before all French courts. She usually works with solicitors, barristers and lawyers around the world to cover all issues which may arise.

Héloïse Kawaishi handles numerous cases in Family Law and Law of Persons. Her previous experience includes Magistrate assistant at the Appeal Court of Paris where she dealt with international divorces, annulments of marriage, arbitrations, exequatur and protection of vulnerable adults. She also taught Family Law and Law of persons at the Paris Sud University. She helped candidates to pass the Paris Bar Exam in Prebarreau and also taught Law of international contracts in Science Po Strasbourg. Her international competences and exposure to complex situations allow her to deal effectively with divorces across borders.

Héloïse Kawaishi graduated from Paris-Sud University with a degree in Franco-British Business Law and holds a Master of Science in Legal and Tax Management from EDHEC Business School in Lille. She passed the Bar exam in 2011 and was eligible at the National School of Magistracy.

She is a mediator. She obtained her mediation certificate from the Catholic Institute of Paris (IFOMENE) in 2016 and is currently attending courses in the Center for effective dispute resolution (C.E.D.R.) and in the Center of Non Violent Communication.

Héloïse KAWAISHI is a member of the Franco British Lawyer Society and Jurisglobal, an international network of lawyers.

As a member of the association Initiadroit, she is involved at the Charles de Gaulle High School in London to introduce students to French law.
